'Saran wrap' means any plastic food wrap. 'Kleenex' means any facial tissue. 'Scotch tape' is any cellophane tape. 'Hoover' is sometimes the same here, but depends probably on what you were raised with. In our family, we 'Electro-luxed' the floor.
