It won't happen. It would require major changes to VFP internals and all apps would have to be recompiled to access the tables.

Frankly I don't understand them knocking the slats out from under such a great product as VFP. It smacks of 'platform favoritism' and I don't like it. (And in 2015, I'll be 75 so, I'm happy with what I have.)
