AFAIK You can not specify a property with more than 255 chars in the Property sheet. You have to do it in the code.

At least this is true for VFP8, I don't have VFP9 here right now to double check.

When I fill the properties of the cursoradapter object, specially Cursorchema, FieldUpdatableList and NameUpdateList, if the string is too long (more than 255 characters) always gives me an error message. Mark McCassland mentions in its class that that limitation was over. So what am I doing wrong? do you know something about that?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
