That's utter nonsense. Corporations have a social responsibility to answer to their employees, their clients, and any other stake holders. This is especially true when corporations have encouraged third parties to buy into their strategies and then those strategies are changed. This requires proper responses to be given to all stake holders, including and especially customers.

This is not about YAG. This is about MS where YAG is simply a spokes person for the company. YAG knows this and there is nothing personal or insulting about it. He simply must state the company position and if that is insufficient for the audience then he, at MS discretion, can choose to offer more or less information as the case may be.
