I am in a project where there's need to develop in record time and someone has told me that I could use a framework in order to speed up my development time. I've heard of Visual MaxFrame but they have told me there are other in the public domain. I need one that's easy to use but does not slow the application performance. I would appreciate any opinion and where I can get a copy of them.
