When running a standard report using the following command
"report form reportname to print prompt preview" with the OS regional language set to Chinese, we get an error message in chinese that is equivalent to "window report designer window is missing".
However, when the same exe is run when regional language is English, no such error pops up.
Does it mean that we have to specifically define and activate a window in such a case?
