I know a guy who lives up in the Colorado mountains, w. of Denver, and he says there no-one bothers locking the house, as everyone has pick-ups, power tools and guns. Now that IS rifle rack country by what he tells me.

We also never locked our doors or windows back then. No one broke in because they knew that everyone had a weapon and they would get shot. A whole different world...
