I've used both ChartFX (http://www.softwarefx.com/sfxComProducts/cfxClientServer/) and TeeChart (http://www.steema.com/products/teechart/ax/whatsnew.html) and like both of them. They're both easy to use with VFP, come with good documentation and samples, have demo versions you can download, and have lots of chart types and a mind-boggling set of options. The main distinguishing features between the two is that ChartFX is an ActiveX version of a .NET control so you need to distribute or ensure your client has the .NET framework version 1.1, whereas TeeChart is just a single OCX file. Also, ChartFX is a lot more expensive.
