When I say sales is pushing I mean some of our larger existing clients already have Oracle farms and use their databases for GIS imaging software, we do strictly data ( so your info is good ro know ), so they are asking for Oracle. Jury is still out and it will come down to whether or not these few clients will deem it a deal breaker if we use Sql Server. I think when our sales guys see how many clients either don't care or do not want the up front costs of an Oracle installation we'll probably go Sql Server, I hope.
