Dan - i am in the same boat w/ regard to launchers and Vista. Does it help if the EXEs are located under folders other than C:\PROGRAM FILES on both the server & the workstation? (if your workstation users remain as non-admin rights users)

For now, we are looking into any implications of using Tore's suggestion of changing the called EXEs to APPs.
