This server processing doesn't necessarily mean the *SQL Server* IMHO. It simply means "server-side" as opposed to "client-side". You *can* have biz and data access layers server-side you know. <g>Yes, but I'm asking somebody else to justify what HE said. What he said is quite different from what you just said. ;-)
