How will you address their concerns? I know only one way- by convincing them it won't happen again. Anything else probably comes across as TROUBLE in all-caps. Up to you, but that's what I hope somebody would advise me were I in your shoes.

John,

This is an e-mail I sent to Ken Murphy on April 15 and never got a reply. I sent a similar e-mail to Eric about a week or so before without a reply too. How much more should I do apologizing if I even do not agree I was banned on the real cause and not because of a personal grudge against me?

Ken,

I'm writing to you directly because I didn't receive any response from Eric on my e-mail with an apology. As you may know, my account was disabled on foxite forum in about 3 weeks after I joined it. I believe it may be caused by my referencing UT posts (though indirectly after I received a warning from Eric).

I sincerely apologize for this and I promise to not mention UT in my future posts on foxite. I would appreciate very much if you allow me to participate in the forum on a trial basis (may be in read-only mode).

Once again, please accept my apologies, and I hope I would be allowed to use the forum.

Sincerely,
Naomi Nosonovsky
