While that may effect a buying decision, it bears no resemblance to reality. < s > Too much depends on maintenance, driving style, road conditions, etc.. I can always get better mileage than my wife, in fact, I may drive faster/harder, though our styles are radically different.

Won't work, as you said, they'd just steal stickers. And how would you deal with my scenarios of an 8 that gets better than a 4?
