I ran into the same problem.. If this is just going to be used on one printer, try going to the printer's set up in the control panel and adjusting the custom form sizes there. VFP doesn't seem to actually change the printer's custom settings when you do it from the report designer, it just calls the custom form in the printer setup and the printer uses it's default custom form sizes.
