VFP doesn't seem to actually change the printer's custom settings when you do it from the report designer, it just calls the custom form in the printer setup and the printer uses it's default custom form sizes.


David Frankenbach steered me to an article in MSDN Q99094, check it out works great, I did however have a great deal of trial and error to get it exactly right.
