His code seems to work, but my code doesn't. He created a free cursor and did not indicate any fields were primary. He did not use the KeyFieldList property. Yet he did not get the "No key columns are specified for the update table. Use the KeyFieldList property of the cursor" error that I am getting. But I am using that property (unlike Aleksey) and still I get that error. ???

>Aleksey recommended to use VFP OleDb instead. I haven't tried to use CA with free tables myself, my tables are in the database. I don't remember off hand if Bernard Bout articles describe using free tables with CA, you may check them out.
