Well, my partner, working quite independently, sees the same thing quite often. You close the form (.scx) and the case changes to UPPER for no discernable reason when it's next opened (even immediately). The form in question is a great grandchild of the base class. I had made no significant changes to the form and the form works just fine in all other respects.
