Couldn't find the approp. category for this IE question.

just bfore I went away we had a breakdown of our phone carrier, BT. Now I get my broadband from BT Internet. The package came with its own BT browser. Before going away I could access the web with both, even both at the same time.

Since I've come back, and the phone line has been restored, i can no longer access the web with IE but can with the BT browser. I've scoured everything I can via Internet options of both browsers but can't find anything that's disabled IE. I've set the checkbox "inform me if IE stops being the default browser" but that hasn't happened, and the "make IE the default browser" button is disabled.

Beats the hell out of me. Any ideas?
