No doubt. I am a big fan of youth soccer and international competitions like the World Cup and Olympics, but don't follow MLS. We have a team right here in Chicago, the Fire, and I couldn't name one of their players.

Even in the so-called off season the sports news is full of football -- the draft, spring mini-camps, free agent signings. The Arena League, which IMO is right up there with dodgeball, draws well. With each passing year football becomes more of a dominant sport in this country. So even though there are hurdles, I wouldn't say there isn't room for another pro league. That's in addition to the NFL and NCAA <g>.
