Hi All,

I've got a weird one here. I just did a full re-compile on a large EXE (10 meg) and went to zip it up for delivery. The zip yielded <2% compression, so I checked the ENCRYPTED flag on the project. After un-checking the box I did a full re-compile and re-zipped the EXE again. Same result <2% compression! Every time I un-check the encrypted box, re-compiling turns it back on again.

So far I have done the following, but it still happens:
a) Removed the project hook I was using
b) use BUILD EXE from the command line
c) Cleaned up the project and packed it (the hard way)

In all of my searching, I've only found one reference to this happening to someone else, who ended up creating a new project to resolve it. This is a huge application and I'm hoping to avoid that - besides, it doesn't answer the "why" that's been bugging me for the past hour and a half!

I'm stumped.
