It'll happens if there's encripted .APP in the project.

>I've got a weird one here. I just did a full re-compile on a large EXE (10 meg) and went to zip it up for delivery. The zip yielded < 2% compression, so I checked the ENCRYPTED flag on the project. After un-checking the box I did a full re-compile and re-zipped the EXE again. Same result < 2% compression! Every time I un-check the encrypted box, re-compiling turns it back on again.
