>After I became aware tonight of one or specific actions that took place a while ago by one or multiple individuals, this confirms that some actions have been taken. However, to protect the integrity of the personal data, this cannot be discussed furthermore.
Well, your English is good, but here it leaves a little to be desired - your wording is not clear. But it seems that the end result is that you are hiding behind the "integrity of the personal data" in order to avoid direct questions you've been asked. Although you have been directly asked if UT consultants or other UT staff could view passwords, you have refused to answer. This reveals a lack of respect for your users and their rights to know that the UT is taking appropriate precautions. Answering this question does not in any way reveal anyone's personal data. Not answering reveals a lot about your attitude toward your users.
