Funny you ask, I was hired by Harris Teeter to do their cakes and teach at some of their stores, but this was just prior to getting my current gig. I couldn't fit both in and working for $12/hr vs working for, well, substantially more, made the decision for me. I still do one every month or so for friends/family and the occasional paying customer. I really need to scan the pics I have and compile them into a Picasa album. I did a wedding cake last Autumn, but I don't think I'll do that again. Way too much stress!
