Use the setup wizard to vcreate installation disks and run setup form them. VFP 5.0 needs registry entories DLL's and lots of other stuff to run. You can install by copying files and registering them but it would take a month of Sundays to figure out what to install and where to install it and then running REGSVR32 for everything that needs to be registered.

Much easier to runthe setup wizard, copy the directories it creates to diskettes, and then put number one in the drive and run Setup.exe.
