It's odd alright. I looked inside the .scx and saw that the name property was set to "frmMonDisp", even though last time it was displayed in the form designer it was "FRMMONDISP". Closed the .scx; opened the project, opened the form and the property box showed "frmMonDisp" - and always shows it that way again. ????!!!
Oh well...
