After his arrest for parole violation for having guns, etc, they kept him on, but because of a speeding ticket at 3:00 in the morning they're dropping him? remember, he hasn't been convicted of DUI yet. Couldn't they wait a few days to see if he really was impaired? If so, then yes, drop him, but drop him for a speeding ticket? Hmmm....
