Maybe you remember our local elections in '96 (which led to The Walk) - in Dolja/Crni Šor, the SPS candidate was the director of Mlekara (the dairy factory), and to gain votes he was giving free cheese, probably a whole disk per household, to all of Dudara (the Gypsy quarters).

In the end he lost, because the remaining 90% of the people in the community were PO'd that they got nothing :).
