Well, no telling why he was driving at 3:30am, but who knows, he may have a valid reason. Maybe he was going home because there isn't much good going on at that hour. Until the DUI results are in, I think this is an overreaction. C'mon 40 in a 25 zone? As a fatal final straw, this ranks way down the list.

If the DUI results are positive, then sure. Kick his butt back to sandlot.
