Hi Bonnie.
I'm a bit confused now.
Mike had suggested using a Web Service to overcome limitations on the We Form for using a Gris as an Excel Type document.

I have no experience of Web Services so dont know what they can do...is there a way , using Web Services (or a.n.other) , to achieve the flexibility of a Winform , but through a web interface ?

Regards,

Gerard

I am very surprised at this , as in nearly evry VFP app that I have developed I would have had such a Grid. If this is the case, it will not instill much confidence in moving over to Dot Net , particulalry for Web Forms.

>>>Particular UI functions like data entry can be hard to customize in a web form. Maybe you should think about using a windows form with web services to your database.
