Yes I am getting the same height regarless of the data.
My problem is similar of this guy but moore difficult for the fact I have a chart and reading information.

I used the program to generate data from different tables into a cursor.
Some of data are needed to calcualate the total amount in the reports.
Therefore, I created some report variables to calcucate the total amount
and display them in the group footer, and also set up some conditions
for those data to show the total amount and others not to show.
The problem is that I cannot shrink the band size for those data not to show
the total amounts. I try to use "Remove line if blank" in "Print When" option
for each textfield, but it seems not to work. The outcoming report shows
as follows:
