I have the documentation for an application in a word (.doc) file. I would like to convert it to a help file.

1. Is there a program to do this (preferably a free one)?
2. If "1" is possible how the invoke the help file from VFP?
3. If "2" is possible is it possible automatically show the help section for the current form?
