We know that is the norm in much of the civilized world. We don't get as much. Tracy put it a little too strongly IMO -- vacation in the U.S. is not just a privilege extended to the top few workers -- but a couple of weeks a year is more the norm here. No taking the month of July off with pay, unfortunately.
