Jim,

I will show you my work in a couple of days, like I said, needs to be translated for complete understanding.

>2. When I use Outlook 2003, or 2007 for working with Mail, I have it configured so that the Navigation pane is on the left side the full height of the window.

So this functionality is build-in into the outlook2003.vcx Strongly advise you to download it and play around you will be amazed what you can do with it.

>It shows my mail folder. To the right of that, the window is divided in two horizontally. The top right window shows what messages are in the folder I have selected on the left.

You will have to download the splitterbar class to acomplish this.

>The bottom right window is the "preview pane" showing me the contents of the message that I have selected in the top-right window.
>Outlook has the ability to show a variety of content in the preview pane. For example, if the message has a JPG attachment, I can see that in the preview pane.

I would advise you to study the GDIplus classes this functionality can easily be arranched with that class.

One last question for me: what kind of functionality are you building into your FoxPro application not in Outlook?
