I'm assuming that this is a Winforms app....

A few questions:

- Can you verify that the .NET 2.0 framework indeed is installed on the user's machine? (go to control panel, add/remove programs, and verify that the framework is installed)

- What's the client's operatinig system?

- Does the client's machine have sufficient memory/disk space?

- Is there any way the client can do a screen capture of the error message, paste in into Paint or Word, and post the error message screen shot somewhere?

- What do the first few lines of code in the application do? Does the application start by expectiong that a file or folder exists?
