I am posting in the hope of eliciting a lot of your comments and in the process help make me do some decisions.

1. With database apps, between using VFP with MySQL and using .NET technology, which does it better? faster?

2. Should one with VFP+MySQL skills still need to learn .NET? Why so?

I hope I am making 'sense'.
