Yes, most sessions are in a non-English language, but there is always an English track. I think Germany has two or three English sessions at the same time.

Having written that, I was really hoping to attend the Prague conference last year because the sessions looked very interesting but then I realized that most of the sessions I was really interested in were not in English. Plus, I would have had to foot the entire bill myself for that one and it was just not a good time for me given my recent move.
