Circuit and Supreme.


>Which court exactly is Bush personally responsible for packing it with conservatives? (Circuit, district, supreme, ...) My first thought was that you meant the Supreme Court and it got me thinking about parties and judicial law. I am really amazed actually, at the difference of opinion on the Supreme Court given their responsibility
