OK, it's anecdote.

Let me get this straight - I bring up different experiences, and your partner (yes, he formally referred in a prior post to a 'collaborative' effort) dismisses them as 'anecdotal', and refuses to believe that the majority of db installations use stored procs - and yet you feel comfortable raising experiences. Exactly how is that anything other than royally hypocritical???

Well, since you've now said that anecdotes are OK, I've got a big one.
