You just stated that you would have no problem with anyone you know using fireworks in your neighborhood, am I wrong.

In my neighborhood? I actually might, because we only have three-fourths of an acre. I always shoot them off at my in-laws' house, where the houses are much much further apart. The debris afterwards always stays in the backyard (which is a royal pain to clean up afterwards)

...but if there are laws regulating fireworks in the majority of states, enough people must have supported that point of view to bother making a law.

Really? Hmmm....there are plenty of laws on the books where I wonder if that's true. Are you trying to tell me that on the open stretches of route 78 (or turnpike, or whatever), that you and others obey the speed limit, on the grounds that enough people must have supported the notion of 55 or 65???

FWIW, when I started buying from this place, I had to fill out a form and I had to provide my SSN for them to do a basic background check (I'm not positive on this, but I think they'll refuse a sale to outside states, if the person has any kind of criminal record, or at least one related to firearms or anything along those lines). Their minimum order is a few hundred dollars. So they have a few measures in place.
