Thanks for the grin, but I'm fairly sure this isn't the problem, unless the client has a 200G floppy drive - but I'd surely hate to see the floppy that would fit that. 8 1/2 inch floppies were scary enough.
But I'll admit, it's more explaination that what is currently in the Help file
