I've learned this error because FP1.01 would throw it every now and then while editing a screen, for no good reason. It was a bug somewhere in the core, and FP1.02 was soon released. Haven't seen this error much, except in some network situations. One was the common "I need this network cable for my laptop" syndrome, where a workstation would be suddenly disconnected. The other was on a mix of W95SR1 (or was it SR2, I'm bad with names) and W98 machines in a peer-to-peer network, where all of a sudden the OS on one of the machines would decide it would need to close some files opened across the network, in order to enhance the end user experience. Same syndrome happened when the mix of W2k and XP machines was the game, and disabling the QoS service on the XP machines seems to have fixed it - it was suspect for the same passionate care towards end-user's experience.
