I believe there is a security in place that is blocking all this. I have this windows update problem, the connection problem and other similar issues. If I can find what is causing this, I believe all will be adjusted. The Windows VPN problem seems also related to the same issue. So, before reinstalling, I need to make sure there is no other alternative.
