Things have been hectic so I apologize for not responding sooner. Your solution worked like a charm! :o) All I had to do in addition was finagle the print when in the headers of the two detail sections to get it right. :o) THANKS CATHY!

The only thing I can think of is to create a dummy group that falls at the end of the report and make sure the relation between the tables ensures that no detail 2 records match up until it hits that last dummy group .. and no detail 1 records match up with the dummy group.
