If you're sure the files were not created (did you specify the full path for the files, because they may be in a different place you expect them?), then we need to do a bit more research checking VFP OleDB documentation in regards to triggers/SP, look closely at the trigger code, etc.

I took a quick look and I don't see an easy way to create some logfile output from the trigger since most of the commands writting to file are unsupported.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
