So, are you sure you specified all parameters?

RE: Trigger failed in OLEDB Thread ID: 50041 on foxite.com ( http://www.foxite.com/archives/trigger-failed-in-oledb-0000050241.htm ) with no solution.

Also I found someone with the same question but no answer http://www.thescripts.com/forum/thread282698.html

So, so far I found few same quesitons on the net, but none seems to have a solutuion.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
