Yes, I saw this on a clean install of a virtual machine, and on my development machine. But on my development machine, it would only occur if I ran the executable from a different location as the build directory (strange...)

I'm positive it had to do with me inadvertently building with SP2 CTP, and also creating the dll distribution install (merge modules) with the SP2 CTP files. My solution was to clean up my dev machine (remove VFOX and reinstall everything up to SP1) and create a reportlistener to handle the text rotation manually in my report. Also, I re-built the distribution install to have the SP1 merge modules.
