Does this report opens tables via report dataenvironment ?

If you do, then it does sounds like that old problem with forms and reports; when they always try to open tables from development environment whose path is stored in database property of DE cursor.

I might be totally of the base here but you never know; some
problems simply decide to die hard across the versions :)
