Do you have any reason to believe that this particular member of the team looks as you described? The pictures I can find of her (try Google images) don't project that image at all.

Playing on a college sports team should not open one to the kind of public insult these girls were subjected to.

(All that said, I think the lawsuit is ill-considered.)
