>If I red this well, you won't get back the taxes from 2005, 2006 and 2007 because you 'accepted' to pay and didn't go on appeal. I got the impression that you did not accept and went to appeal.

A collected tax is reimbursed to the CRA. This doesn't belong to the companies. So, once a collect of tax is done and reimbursed to the CRA, the CRA will not do the reverse process even if they admit that this tax shouldn't have been charged in the first place.

What I accepted to pay, as far as several payments were done a few months ago, was the uncollected tax for 2004. The CRA went back at me and ask me to pay a certain amount of tax that I never collected in the first place. This is what I refused to do for a very long time but later on the advices have been to start paying that amount in case I would loose which would make the interest much lower. So, those payments will be reimbursed with interest. The tax is also removed. And, the requested balance of the uncollected tax will be cancelled.
