I'm not up on Sharepoint other than being aware of it - it's a Microsoft product for sharing information within a company (someone else may give a better description). We have it on our Windows SBS 2003 installation, but we don't currently use it. I've noticed it has MSDE 2000 as it's data store, but I don't know how typical that is.
